All participants are encouraged to register online and avail early bird registration. Registration fee can be paid through QR Code/UPI ID/Fund transfer/Bank Draft (DD).
Registration Fee includes:
• Registration Kit, Admission to All Technical Sessions, Inauguration, Refreshments, Lunches, Banquet Dinner(s) and Cultural Programme.
• At least one author of each accepted abstract should be registered and one registered participant is allowed to present only one paper in the Conference.
** Registration Kit will not be provided to “Accompanying person”.

Payment Process:
1. LOGIN to your ICMAGMA 2023 account
2. Click on “User Menu > Payment”
3. Choose one of the relevant tariffs displayed. If you wish to add accompanying person then add INR 6000 +18% GST or USD 200+ 18% GST and pay the total amount (Participant registration tariff + Accompanying Person Tariff). LOGOUT.
4. Pay the amount through QR Code/UPI ID, Bank Transfer or DD and save a soft copy of the online transaction proof/ image of DD. Please note that any transaction/transfer charges etc levied by your bank must be added to the registration tariff and then total amount should be paid.
5. On successful payment, Re-LOGIN to your ICMAGMA 2023 account and Click on “User Menu > Payment > Add Transaction Info” button.
6. Upload saved transaction proof and provide other details and click SUBMIT. Accompanying person details can be added at this step. LOGOUT.
7. After receipt of your payment and verification of the details, a confirmation will be sent along with your final Registration ID.
Payment Options:
For making payment towards applicable charges the following modes of payment are available. Please note that all Indian delegates are requested to pay in INR (Indian rupees) and all other delegates are requested to pay in US Dollars only.
1) Scan and Pay (QR Code)/ UPI ID:
· After successful transaction, please upload the transaction proof by logging into your ICMAGMA account and clicking on User Menu > Payment > Add Transaction Info Button. THIS IS MANDATORY for confirmation of your payment and registration.
2) Bank Transfer (For Indian Participants)

4) Demand Draft (For Indian delegates)
· The Demand draft (DD) should be drawn in favor of “ICMAGMA2023” payable at “Hyderabad”. Behind the demand draft please mention your full name and mobile number.
· Please do not forget to upload the image of the DD by logging into your ICMAGMA account and clicking on User Menu > Payment > Add Transaction Info Button. THIS IS MANDATORY for confirmation of your payment and registration.
